The number of condos sold and under contract on the island of Palm Beach skyrocketed during the first nine months of 2012, compared to the same period in 2011. In the Worth Avenue area, the median sale price of condos increased 23.61%, and the number of condos under contract is up 38.2%. Inventory levels fell by as much as 21.8% on the island. Condos start at $50,000.
