The Miami Herald reports today that Wells Fargo is offering a free workshop and up to $15,000 assistance for prospective buyers!
Wells Fargo & Co. will host a workshop 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday to help people who otherwise qualify for a mortgage to buy a home in the city of Miami but are short on a downpayment.
The workshop will be at the Doubletree Miami Airport Convention Center at 711 NW 72 Ave., Miami. Details and pre-registration are available at neighborhoodlift.com or by calling 866-858-2151.
The San Francisco mortgage giant said it will provide $9 million in aid to homebuyers in the City of Miami, or up to $15,000 in downpayment assistance per qualified applicant.
